magic 8-ball says most probably.
But you won't know for sure until you test it there. There were a few things
added in xl2k that won't run in xl97.
It might be easier (pronounced cheaper) for you to modify your code.
If you support multiple versions of excel, it would probably be better to
develop in the oldest version.
