I have a macro that brings up a user form when XL is opened, the user
must hit an OK button to continue. I modified this and now find that XL
locks up when it is opened.
I disabled the macros and now when XL opens it brings up a message
saying "This workbook contains a type of macro that cannot be disabled
(Microsoft Excel version 4 macro)"
All was fine until I opened visual basic editor and entered my
password, after doing this the visual basic editor and XL locks up.
Has anyone come across this before and know what the problem is?
Thanks in advance.
