hello all,

i cant believe it well before deadline and im almost
finished!!!

BUT!!!! oh no desaster strikes!!!

i have got my timetable part of my program working (sort
of!!!) it will let u pick a time, it will put in all the
times, it will even let you type your own times, it will
also allow you to put a new person into a time slot....

BUT IT WONT GET RID OF THE OLD PERSONS DETAILS!!!

before i pick the new person off the list i need the
details on the old persons record to be deleated!
but only if i select someone off the list (if i click it
just to preview list i dont want them to loose there
place!)

can anyone please help me find a solution (beforeupdate)
didnt work (why call it before when it seems to respond
after!!!)
