nothing is impenetrable BUT there is a real good utility that you can
use to totaly lock the code (this also means you can not access it
either - so make sure you have a back up).

It's available through the same people that sell you the password
breaking code - http://www.lostpassword.com/excel.htm

Do a searh for VBALock.exe
