Print Area changes on different PC's

Hi,
I have carefully set up some Excel spreadsheets so that when printed at 100%
columns A to AE fit on to the width of an A4 *** of paper. When I print or
print preview it prints correctly. However, if I open the spread*** on
other PC's the last column is missed off and prints on extra pages at the
end. Thus I end up with a printout twice as long as it should be.
Some PC's are ok, other aren't. Why does this work on some PC's and not
others.
I can adjust it manually on other PC's too but I want to use this doc as a
template.
How can I standardise it so that it is ok on all PC's?
