Leslie,
As far as I'm aware the only way to schedule a DOS Batch program is on boot
up of the PC, so the batch program will only run when the PC is started up.
You can have a VBA code running in Excel but it means that your Excel
spread*** has to be running all the time.
What you are after is a small program that is always running in the
background, while the PC is on.
At the scheduled date/time it activates the spread*** and prints.
