Using 2003 Word and Excel print differences

Printing an 8.5 x 14 landscape form in Word and setting printer (Sharp
AL-1000) to tray 2 works fine. Attempting the same procedure in Excel
defaults back to tray 1 thus printing on the wrong size ***. I'm running
Windows XP. Suggestions please.
