I did that and the 2007 file has several commas after the information where
the 2003 file doesn't - that is the difference but I dont know how to correct
it in 2007

When I save it as a csv file it doesn't hold the format it should for me

transfer it - it shrinks the columns, changes the date column to #### due
to
resizing it etc. I can't figure out what is different from 2003 version
