Ok Flomm2 I figured out what you meant; it's plain as day after I looked at.
it for a few more minutes.
I got it to work and I want to thank you for your time. The only thing I
don't understand is why would someone make a template that only allows 39
entrys for an inventory. No need to answer that I was just making a statement.
Thanks again.

Flomm2,
I really appreciate you messing around to find an answer for me.
I don't understand what you mean by copy the last two lines down to 79?
Maybe there is a template you can recommend for me. All I want to do is
inventory my posters, Title, cost, discription, size, comments. Thats about
it. I have a couple thousand so I need more entrys then the template in
question has to offer. It really makes no sence to me.

Robert,
After fooling around with the templatye, there is an easier fix.
1)Save the template.
2) Copy the last two (2) lines down to line 79.
3) Under Page Setup set to print "Portrait" not "Landscape".
4)View "Page Break Preview". Select "OK"
5) Drag and drop the blue dashed line to the right. This should adjust your
page to "Page 1". I was able to extend the form to 79 lines.

Thank you FloMM2. It seems that there should be an easier way to do this. Are
these templates just for demo purposes?
All I want to do is inventory a poster collection I have. I guess I will
have to make my own template.
Thank you again for your reply. It amazes me how nice people can be to take
there own time to help others.

Robert,
If you select the last two lines on the form template (one shaded & one
white), you can copy and paste. However it will only allow you to get to row
43, before it automatically inserts a pagebreak.
I would suggest you use the template and Save As Your file name here part1.
Then continue on the next template and Save As Your file name here part2......
Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. It's driving me nuts. Here is the URL:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC060827171033.aspx?CategoryID=CT011377101033 The gray line is at row 40.
Another thing I have noticed is that when inputing data and going to the
next row, it doesn't always change the background color of the row so for
instance the rows will be Gray, Gray, white, Gray, White, white, white, etc.

Which template is it?
Post the URL.
I'm sure it is just a matter of extending the formats by using the Format
Paintbrush, but if I have the template I will know for sure.

Hello,
I am new to Excel. I just downloaded an Inventory Template and have a
question. I was inputing data in the fields, they are Gray and then white.
Everything was working fine until I came to a Gray line. After this line it
appears that there are no longer defind cells. There is no gray and white
rows, they are all whate now. It seems like this template is only set up to
input so much data. How do I extend the template to input more data?
Sorry if this is confusing. Any help would be great.
