How to link a column with the other file

I have one file in local for material puchase requisitions from the site
with site requisition number, originator, description ete. And there is
one file in the company's network for all the site's material
requisitions with the purchase requisitions details like purchase
requisition number, purchase order number, purchase order date ete...

The head office will update on a weekly basis the master file and i
need to update my file based on the head office update. I need to
udpate the purchase requisition number, purchase order number, purchase
order date ete... from the master to my file in local. As a example i
have entered only few entries, in actual there are so many enteries.

My question is how can i input the details from the master file which
corresponds to the site requisition number by putting formula?.

I have attached the Excel files.
I need help from the experts.
