If you trying to OPEN these forms via Excel, and you can't locate it this
away, then you might need to open your document folder and try to locate it
via My Computer, once you've located this way, then right click on the form
and then select "OPEN WITH". The "File Association" was changed when you
try to open your Excel form with PowerPoint. If you try to open that form in
Excel, it's just looking for file that it has association with, that's why
you don't see it, if you try to open it from within Excel.
