Problems sharing a workbook created from External source
Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance
I recently upgraded our SQL Server from SQL2005 to SQL2008. I have always
retrieved data from the SQL server using ODBC connections and brought the
data into excel as a table. After the upgrade, I cannot share my newly
created workbooks because the option 'Remove personal information from the
file properties on save' is checked in the Privacy Options category of the
Trust Center settings. Once I uncheck this box, I can share the workbook.
When I connected to SQL2005 this was not a problem.
I cannot find anything in the SQL Server forums on this so I decided to try
here.
Thanks
