Is the user's printer set up on their computer, or do they have the default
Jet Engine as their default printer?

In Excel 2007, one of our users experiences regular issues with Excel not.
calculating margins & print area correctly. I’ve reviewed this user’s print
settings, and looked at the same document on my computer (where it had no
problems setting the print area correctly).
Basically, Excel is making every row a separate page. There are no page
breaks manually set, and its print settings are set to 1 page wide by
“automatic” pages tall. When I try to go into print preview, or the “margins”
tab of the print settings, I get a popup error reading “Margins do not fit
the page size”. The page size is set to 8.5”x11”, and the margins are set to
Excel’s “normal” (.75 top/bottom, .7 left/right). I’ve gone through and reset
these options multiple times.
In this document there are no macros, no unusual formulas or formatting –
it’s literally a “default” file with about 50 rows x 6 columns worth of
unformatted text data.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks,
