"First row contains headers" is in Sort, not Text To Columns.

Yes... this is somethinig I do on a very regular basis. I highlight the
column and it tells click "text to column" - choose delimited and the second
step in the wizard is always choosing the option that the first row contains
headers. I am getting a totally different box this time.
