Is there a formula that will calculate the number of months from a certain
date backwards?

For example, I have a date of 06/30/2008 - Then I have 78 employees with
various anniversary dates. I have the years calculated but I need to know
how many months from their date to June 30th. It does fine if their date
is
January -June but for instance I need September to calculate as 9 months
(Sep-June).
