Re: Import data from Excel into Word document fomat

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

You can remove the cells from word under table>convert>convert table to text
or paste special as unformatted text
If you have data in multiple sheets in Excel then you need to copy multiple
times or use code that will do this for you. So first copy and paste the
first ***, then the second and so on.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried what you suggested but only one
page
is comin gover to word and it has the excel boxes showing. (Sorry I am not
very computer literate). I need to get the reports (located on three
different tabs) from my excel *** over into a Word document format.

From Word click on Insert in the menu and select Object. Click the From
File
tab, locate your Excel file and click the Link to File check box if you
wish
to have an updateable link in the document. Once it's linked you can
double
click on the Excel object to open Excel from inside the Word document.

Or you can copy your report and paste into a Word document. It will come
in
as a table.

I use a Excel spread*** that calculates alot of financial information
on
individual sheets, then merges the info into 'Report' format (on
another
'***' within the same spread***). How do i transfer the 'Reports'
into a
Word Document?
Thanks
