Alternate selection methof for many tabs

I have a workbook that will have about 30 or so sheets. Using that little scroll bar to choose various worksheets within is a pain in the but.

1) Is there a way to sort these tabs alphabetically and automatically?

2) Is there any way to pull up a list of them where one can be selected from that list?
