Try semicolon instead of comma and see if it helps,


=SUMA(CONTAR.SI(B14:AC14,{1;2;3;4}))


This works fine for me using US version of Excel

=SUM(COUNTIF(B14:AC14,{1,2,3,4}))

worked fine and returned the correct result when I tested it
