They probably don't know that they're posting through a portal.
The owner of that forum gets credit for having a forum where people get
answers yet those answers are overwhelmingly supplied by people from
this/these newsgroups.
You can read the files but you have to read them from that site. You have to
click on the "View this thread" link.
I myself think having the abitily to post files *to a web forum* is a good
thing .. Of course, you take a chance when you open files from strangers!

You cannot post to a newsgroups and expect people to read a file
that is reserved to people who signup to post to newsgroups through
Excelforum, the regulars pretty much dislike the slowness of web based
newsreaders, looking at advertisements, or having newsgroups postings
indexed by Google as web pages. Not to mention the use of handles instead
of using real names (first and last). You would have to explain in
completely in
words what you want to do. Besides Google Groups Search will not
include
anything from outside of the text in the post so it is not helpful to
others who
search for answers..

I have several worksheets in a workbook that I would like to combine
onto one. All the column titles are the same, but the rows may
change.
Please see the attached example. I would like to know how to make the
"All tab" automatic, since the ranges may change from day to day.
The if possible I would like to make a consolidated tab based on a
criteria.
Thanks!!!
