Using my suggestion of Data/Filter/Autofilter should do the job for you.

Hi Ed,
I certainly can clarify a bit! I'm wanting all of the details from
each row where City=Chicago on a separate worksheet. Basically, I'd
like to be able to look at and/or print just a list of all those
suppliers located in Chicago without printing out the entire list (600
some pages) and going row by row.
Does that help at all? Let me know what else you need from me, and
