I´ve search various topics and I didn´t found a shortcut to classify
data (greater to minor, for example).


Are you referring to the sort feature? I'm not aware of a one-key shortcut.
However, after you have highlighted your data, you can use ALT-D, then
ALT-S, which will bring up the sort dialog. If the default selections are
OK, just hit Enter.
