filling a form in webpage

four boxes are to be filled
from "source" it looks that this is a table and not a form
my data is in excel ***.
Instead of copy - paste each cell from excel *** to the boxes in the
webpage
table one by one
is there any easier way for creating a form/table in the excel *** and
just
transferring the data to the
form/tbale in the webpage.
perhaps this is not possible without knowledge of javazript or asp files.
]I am fairly confortable with excel and vba
