How do you get a full useful webpage in Excel?

I need to be able to use a full webpage on my Excel Spread***. I want to
be able to navigate and use the web page in the excel program. Is there any
way to do that? I have tried copying/pasting and adding a New Web Query, but
that doesn't work. Are there any add-ins for this?
