Thank you for responding so soon. What I did was move the files to CD Rom.
through windows XP. When I put the blank CD in, I clicked on the files, and
then told it to move to D: drive and then named the cd rom. Is there any way
to change them, I need to write to these files, both in Excel and Word. I
says I can save it with a new name, however it's not letting me do that
either.
