Well, I have a different picture now of the situation, as far as the users
are concerned. Now I know they are clients, not employees.
I have one more suggestion. Those users that have the problem with how the
work*** prints, due to a larger area than the area containing the data
being selected, apparently have some settings or preferences "sticking" from
working with certain files in the past. I suggest that they delete their
personal.xls file and let Excel create a new one. Now, they need to be
aware that they will lose any custom settings for preferences, menus,
toolbars, etc. will be lost by doing this. I believe this can cause macros
to be lost, also. This might be helpful:
