image is resized on print preview and print

Using Excel XP and 2003:
I insert an image - a logo, with certain measurements and aspect ratio. The
image is correctly displayed in this mode. But when I check the preview the
image is slightly squeezed, and this happens on the print too.
How can I make sure that the image is printed correctly?
