mapping cells within same excel ***

hi all,
My problem is..I am trying to load a oracle view in the *** by
running a database query thru ODBC connection.
The data i am getting is multiple rows .(as is in tables)I want all the
rows to appear in a single row in Excel.Because everytime I run the
view from backend a new row needs to be added in tyhe excel.
Please help
