Do you have any Toolbar(s) visible?
Can you right-click on one and Customize>Toolbars. Scroll to Work*** Menu
Bar and enable or reset?
ALT + F11 will open the Visual Basic Editor. In the View>Immediate window
enter the following line.
Application.CommandBars("Work*** Menu Bar").Enabled = True
