i cant quite remember if excel 97 had tick check boxes..on
the View menu click Toolbars and select the forms
toolbar.If the check box with a tick is visible you just
click on it and then click where you want a tick.You can
resize it and edit the text out.It doesnt have to be
linked to anything
the tick will toggle on and off.When you have put in your
tick box deselect the forms toolbar again and it will
disapear
