Buttons not displayed when selecting data in pivot table

I have the same problem with XL2002 SP3. I have also
reinstalled XL and my laptop with no success. Our
Helpdesk neither have a clue what is wrong. I am a user
in Sweden pretty far from Japan.
I'm sorry not having a solution but now you know that
this is not a specific problem for your user. I would be
happy if someone else knows what to do.
