External Data Refresh has stopped responding

I have multiple spreadsheets that track stocks for
different portfolios. The spread*** automatically
updates when I open them to reflect the most recent
trading price. I used a web query using PC Quote to get
the external data to update the sheets. Yesterday the
sheets stopped responding. I am getting an error message
of:

Unable to open http://webservices.pcquote.com/cgi-
bin/excel.exe. Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy
server.

I have internet access with all other programs. Any help
or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
