Excel 2000 cannot be opened

Had the same problem occur with a Win 98 PC today. They
get error MOSEARCH caused a GPF in module USER.EXE, then
an error about 'dangerously low on resources'. Rest of
Office products are ok. Rest of PC is ok. Uninstalled
Office 2000 SBE and reinstalled. Still get same errors.
Sorry I don't have any answers but will let you know if I
solve this.
