Try googling for "BCG matrix" for examples of this kind of four quadrant graph. "BCG" stands for Boston Consulting Group. There's an example on Ed Ferrero's page:

which not only has four quadrants, and bubbles for product size, but also the bubbles are pie charts for some other quality of the product.
