Lars,

Thanks for the answer and the quick response but I've seen those articles
before and have checked dependencies and found that the server has newer
versions than are required of all the dependant DLL's

Dependencies are as follows:

User32.dll
Kernel32.dll
ADVAPI32.dll
OLE32.dll
OLEAUT32.dll
