Thanks for your feedback.

Yes, I think your concern makes sense. I have forwarded your concern to the
one of the VC++ Program Manager. I will post his comment here once he
provided a reply to me.

BTW, based on his further information, all versions of VC++ ship same
compiler/tools. VC++ Express does not ship PSDK, .Net SDK tools, which are
installed by VS Std and higher SKUs of VS.
