Problem with Shock Wave Flash Active X Control

Hi all,
I m facing problem with Shock Wave Flash Active X Control,
Problem: when i insert this control on my dialog window it shows the
background window(white color) it happens only in case of Win XP, but
working fine with 2000.. I tried a lot.. but it doesnt work, i am using
albha blending for that,
if anyone can help me..
