I think I found out why I didn't get a response.
Both the VB and C# IDE forums are managed. The same is true of the ClickOnce and Setup & Deployment
Projects forum. But if you run into a problem in building a solution/project that is caused by
MSBUILD you have to post to the MSBUILD forum since it is broken out separately. Unfortunately, the
MSBUILD forum is not listed as one of the managed ones. It is a critical component of the Visual
Studio development cycle and needs to be treated as such.

Okay, I have asked our engineer to assist you on that post..
As you know, the Priority Subscriber Support is currently in the progress
of a migration from the newsgroups to the MSDN forums. There are quite a
lot products/technologies so that we decided to do the migration in phases.
Phase one is already done, as reflected on the "Priority Subscriber Support
in MSDN Forums and Newsgroups" page
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/aa974230.aspx).
** On that page, queues marked as [Forum] means the support is now offered
in the MSDN Forums, while other queues we still provide support in
newsgroups. **
We understand there could be inconveniences and confusions during the
migration, and we're working hard to push the progress. I'm sorry about the
problems you've met. And thank you for your feedback. If you met any
Priority Subscriber Support problems in the future, please feel free to let
our Online Concierge Team know (you can contact them anytime on your
subscription homepage).
Thanks again for your understanding.
Best regards,
Jie Wang

Note: MSDN Managed Newsgroup support offering is for non-urgent issues
where an initial response from the community or a Microsoft Support
Engineer within 2 business days is acceptable. Please note that each follow
up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions. Issues of this
nature are best handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Support Engineer
by contacting Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) at
