I see from the headers in your post that you're using OE.
Simply select a post from someone you want to "killfile" then go to the
Message menu and choose Block Sender...
If you accidentally block someone you didn't mean to, you can go
Tools->Message Rules->Blocked Senders List... and remove them from that
list. The latest ones added are usually at the end of the list.

BTW, to mung your email address, it would be better to add .invalid to the
end as that is recognized by DNS as being a genuine TLD to be ignored -
someone might actually register doyoureallythinkthisisreal and then they'll
get spam from "people" who scour newsgroups for email addresses. Adding
.local to the end isn't a good idea as about 10% of the load on the root DNS
servers is due to that.
