so are you telling me I could have changed the extension from IMG to
ISO and extracted it with WINRAR?

I can extract ISO files with WINRAR; it sure would help if MIcrosoft
released disk images in a STANDARD FORMAT like ISO.

WHY THE INCOSISTENCY?
