There isn't. But there are two commands for that:
Comment Selection
Uncomment Selection

You can probably see them on your toolbar and they are also under Edit -
Advanced menu. I have also placed them in context menu, see

CTRL+K+C - comment selection
CTRL+K+U - uncomment selection
