Microsoft PrintForm Component - Scaling?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Aloha, I'm using PrintForm to fire off a simple, partially filled order
form but I'm having trouble getting a decent printable size. Instead of
scaling to match the page proportions, it takes up roughly 2/3rds of
the page. I know this is done by design, but I was wondering if there's
a way to automatically scale the form to page dimensions.

Alternatively, is there a way to convert a page size (ie: 8" x 11") to
pixels? That way I could resize the form in code for the print job then
shrink it back down afterwards..

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

-Shaun

PS: No, Crystal Reports is not an option.
