The framework is free. The redistributable should be installed on your
system at:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\SDK\v2.0\BootStrapper\Packages\dotnetfx\dotnetfx.exe"
The clients can also install the framework by going to the windowsupdate
site. This will require the machines to verify with the Microsoft Genuine
Advantage patch.
