Hello,

I've written a program to read RSS feeds. Works fine, only one problem:
Some people's rss feeds are "badly" coded.
België shoud be in the rss feed like this : "Belgi%EB" instead of België
I need this to get the last errors out of my RSS site
http://www.linkselection.be

Anyone aware of a simple solution to fix these "bad" feeds?
