Exe only runs on development machine...

I created an exe file on my Win2000 machine with VB.NET 2003 and it
runs fine. I tried copying the file to a computer with WinXP and the
NET Framework installed. I get the error "Application has generated
an acception that could not be handled."

What else do I need to do?
