What does this mean?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I created a new form. Nothing special. Did as I always do but now when
I go to run the project I get the following message:

Some Unicode characters in this file will not be saved....

I must have inadvertently set a property incorrectly...any suggestions
what I did? It seems that all works in any case but it is anoying to
get this message and I dont like things to happen without knowing what
it is about.
