problem through the VB.NET installation

When Im trying to install VB.NET an error like that occurs: ERROR: Error 1305.Error reading from file: d:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\atlmfc\include\atldef.h. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Please tell me what the problem is and how I can fix it....
