I would say the internet as a whole.
In addition to these newsgroups, there are http://msdn.microsoft.com &
http://www.google.com, as well as any number of other web sites, such as
google.com, martinfowler.com, refactoring.com, asp.net, windowsforms.net to
name just a few. Then there are the numerous blogs available...
