Do hard drives have their own stream buffer??, Or is it
windows that stream buffers the hard drive?

With the application that I am writing, I would have
figured that the hard drive light would be flashing at a
faster rate, because I am writing alot of small packets
every few miliseconds and ending the packet with a
filestream.Flush .
