Looks a strange issue. Check the output folder's security access for you.
Try to build your application by logging into Visual studio as Admin (i.e. Run AS Admin).

Hi,

In my VS 2008 C# WinForm application, when I try to publish the application,
it comes out with a message saying setup.exe is already existed.
To my astonishment, I can't kill the existed setup.exe to let the new setup
copy to the destined folder.
How do I fix it?
Thanks for help.
