Sorry for the semantic misfire.

I mean, the service works in Debug mode.
When I put it in Release mode and install
it using the installutil and then start it in
services, it fails.

Works in the IDE, fails when started from
"Services".

I have not tried to install the debug version
with installutil, that didn't occur to me. I'll
try that now.
